 Kindergarten – Mrs. Dressler Mrs. Dressler's Kindergarteners made this adorable chest. They had lots of fun making flowers and bugs using their hand and thumb prints. This chest could be used for tidying up the toys or for storage. The approximate dimensions of the toy/storage chest are 22" x 11" x 10".
 Grade 1 – Mrs. Kennedy Mrs. Kennedy's 1st grade class created a beautiful garden scene on two large terra cotta planters (11" high, 12" in diameter). Using their thumbprints, the children made pictures chosen from a selection of garden plants and creatures (flowers, frogs, snails, caterpillars, butterflies, bees, etc.). Each pot contains a picture by each child. The scenes on these lovely planters were created with paints especially for terra cotta and won't wash away. The pots can be used indoors or outdoors to decorate your front or back stoop, or accent your garden.
 Grade 1 – Mrs. Vitale Batters Up! Ms. Vitale's first graders of 2007 - 2008 have lent their thumbprints to this fun "chip and dip" plate. This wonderful plate contains the thumbprints of every student in Ms. Vitale's first grade class. This plate is fully usable for your enjoyment and was completed at Fire Your Desire. It is the perfect compliment to an afternoon gathering of friends or the latest Red Sox game. Enjoy!
 Grade 1 – Mrs. Hodsdon Extra large cotton canvas LL Bean bag with extra long navy blue handles decorated with each student’s colorful handprint and name. It is a wonderful tote for the beach, the pool or a weekend away. A lasting memento of a wonderful first grade class!
 Grade 2 – Mrs. Brusie Colorful ceramic plant pot with saucer featuring butterflies and
ladybugs. The pot was finger-painted by the second graders in Mrs. Brusie's class. This would make a fun addition to anyone's home!
 Grade 2 – Mrs. Tsacoyeanes A 16" plate created with the thumbprints of all the children in Mrs. Tsacoyeanes' second grade class, this keepsake is both beautiful and practical. Use it for cakes, cookies or other goodies. Or just place it on your mantel as a lovely reminder of a great teacher and her wonderful students.
 Grade 2 – Mrs. Mehler Each student in Mrs. Mehler’s class has created a beautiful piece of original artwork based on the auction theme “Conant in Bloom.” That artwork has been turned into a lovely stationary set, which includes 6” x 9” note cards and a notecube. So correspond with friends and family in style this spring using handcrafted notecards from Mrs. Mehler’s talented class.  Grade 3 – Ms. Burbank This adorable chip and dip set is decorated with the fingerprints of the children, Ms. Burbank and the assistant teachers. Each fingerprint has been turned into a baseball player ready to take the field or go to bat! This piece is perfect for entertaining or displaying. What a wonderful memory to have of this special class!
 Grade 3 – Mrs. Pastor The class gift for Mrs. Pastor’s room is awesome. It is a beautiful fish designed shower curtain. The kids have done a fantastic job of creating unique and colorful fish on this shower curtain with permanent markers. We had a lot fun watching this piece of art work unfold and are very happy with the final masterpiece. It will look great in any family bath.
 Grade 3 – Mrs. Buck Beautiful hand crafted stencil bookshelf. Cats, dogs, shells and other whimsical designs are printed by little artists one by one. No one would believe that this incredible art piece is done by 3rd graders. Perfect size to fit in any spot in your family’s home.
Grade 4 – Mrs. Cole Hand Painted Canvas Garden Tote Bag complete with tools and garden gloves. Will put a smile on your face every time you garden! Signed by all
of Mrs. Cole's fourth grade "flowers".
Grade 4 – Mrs. Winters Enjoy this indoor/outdoor blanket made out of thick, durable sweatshirt material, while watching your child's next sporting event! On this navy blue blanket, each child has a patch that represents his/her hobbie or interest and they have personalized it with their signature. This is a functional class gift that can be used on the beach, at a picnic, or to keep warm while watching tv or doing homework.
Grade 4 – Mrs. Bellomy "Conant in Bloom" Quilt. A colorful artistic interpretation of "Conant in Bloom" created by the students of Mrs. Bellomy's class. Each patch of the 48" x 48" memory quilt is hand drawn and signed by our own Conant artists.
 Grade 5 – Mr. Foley In celebration of their unit on the American Revolution, Mr. Foley's class has hand decorated a natural cotton lampshade, which sits atop a hammered metal lamp base similar to those used during Colonial times. While this lamp offers the convenience of an energy-efficient, earth-friendly light bulb, its shade was decorated by Mr. Foley’s students with lots of colorful images and quotes from the American Revolution. As a companion to the lamp, Mr. Foley’s class has also created a book titled, “Important Figures of the American Revolution.” This hand decorated book showcases the students’ clothespin figures of the signers of the Declaration of Independence, as well as their class project on heroines of the American Revolution. This is a wonderful memento of your child’s 5th grade year. Don’t miss out on your chance to own a little piece of authentic, Conant Americana!
 Grade 5 – Mrs. Harding Mrs. Harding's Fifth Grade Class decorated a 16 by 14 inch rectangular tray proudly displaying the colors red, white and blue. This patriotic tray supports the fifth grade unit study of the American Revolution and adorned with stars and stripes is the perfect accessory for your July 4th celebration.
 Grade 5 – Mrs. Kelley Mrs. Kelley's fifth grade class has decorated the seat of a beautiful, lightly stained wooden bench with colorful American Revolutionary War flags created by each student in the class. The flags are decoupaged on to the top of the seat including a clear varnish top coat. The bench is approximately 48" long x 18" tall x 18" wide. Under the seat of the bench are 3 storage compartments including baskets perfect for storing toys, hats, mittens, or other items. The lucky winner could even add a comfy cushion on top of the seat at a later date.
 Grade 6 – Mrs. White Mrs. White’s sixth graders created five garden stepping stones to decorate your garden and yard. The children’s designs include the four seasons with a snowflake, a rainbow, a sun and a leaf along with Conant’s mascot, Luther Bear.
 Grade 6 – Mrs. Raffa Mrs. Raffa's class made a "Journey Box". The students decorated the box in decoupage style using vintage postcards and stamps. The lucky winner will enjoy storing their mementos from future journeys and adventures.
 Grade 6 – Mrs. Meek/Mrs. Zambarano We have put together a one of kind poster of the kids in Mrs. Meek/Mrs. Zambarano’s class. With the help of some Photoshop editing the children have taken on a new and unique look. The pop art poster is a framed 20 x 30 inch piece of Conant history.
 Grade 6 – Mrs. Meek/Mrs. Zambarano Scarf - Hand-Knit by Mrs. Meek's/Mrs.Zamborano's Entire Class. This beautiful blue and gold scarf was hand-knit by ALL the members of Mrs. Meek's/Mrs. Zamborano's 6th grade class. Wear it with pride to all the Junior High events next year!
