The Student Council sponsored a spirit
day called "Free to Be, You and Me" on Thursday, April 6th. This day
was part of Conant's tradition of celebrating cultural diversity each year,
and it is in keeping with the theme of this year's PTO auction "The Many
Faces of Conant."
Students were encouraged to come to school wearing something that represented
who they are, specifically something that represents their cultural heritage.
They could also wear something that represented either a favorite activity,
interest, character from a book, or hobby.
