Please note these forms are formatted to occupy an entire 8.5 by 11-inch paper with 1/4 inch margins. If your browser or printer is configured with larger margins or prints headers and or footers, the forms may exceed a single page.
You might try changing your page setup to print at 70% in the portrait position with the headers and footers off and normal margins. This works on our school Laser Printers.
